Experience personalised attention and individualised programming with a one-on-one session.

I strongly recommend every client starts here (especially if you are newer to Pilates.)

Ideal for clients with injuries or special situations such as pregnancy and needing a slower, more intentional, mindful approach to their movement.

Or clients seeking to refine specific strength requirements such as sports people, dancers and swimmers.

* Private Sessions can be conducted Online and in studio. Clients with reformers can contact me to set up private class time.

Duet Sessions 1:2

Bring a friend and still receive similar individualised attention as you would with a private session.

This is a great motivation to stay fit and committed to your health journey with having accountability to a training partner to keep you on your journey to good health.

Trio Sessions 1:3

The class combines personalised instruction with a small group dynamic of maximum 3 clients, focusing on core strength, flexibility, balance, and posture.

Exercises are often performed on specialised equipment like the Wunda Chair, Spine corrector, or mat, with customised workouts to accommodate the different fitness levels and goals of each participant.

De-Stress with a professional Head, neck and shoulder massage

Experience the ultimate relaxation with a relaxing head, neck, and shoulder massage, designed to melt away tension and stress.

I focus on relieving your built-up strain in key areas, promoting better circulation, easing muscle stiffness, and leaving you feeling rejuvenated.

Whether you just need a break from daily stress or immeadiate relief from chronic pain, this massage provides the perfect balance of comfort and healing. Treat yourself to the soothing touch you deserve!

Massages are performed fully clothed and in a seated position.

Restorative Yoga
